Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Golgi, an email client operated by ZN Labs, LLC (DBA Golgi). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Golgi connects to your existing email account and provides an email client with additional features for commercial real estate professionals, including automatic identification of properties marketed to you.
Golgi is currently in private pilot. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to connect the mailbox you connect.
If you connect a mailbox belonging to an employer, you confirm you are permitted to do so. Some organisations require administrator approval before a third-party application may access company mail.
Your content
Your email and the property records derived from it are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the permission necessary to operate the service for you — to store, process, display and transmit that content on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Do not use Golgi to send unsolicited bulk email, to violate the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Do not attempt to circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
Accuracy of automated processing
Golgi identifies properties and extracts details from email automatically. This processing will sometimes be wrong. Property information shown in Golgi is provided as an aid and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for an investment, leasing, lending, or other business decision. Always verify against the source document.
Availability and warranties
Golgi is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that automated property identification will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZN Labs, LLC (DBA Golgi) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Golgi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
